USD/ILS rate: 3.1381 (2026-10-30). The two markets don't close at the same time — Tel Aviv closes at 17:25 and New York at 23:00 Israel time — so part of any gap is simply price movement between the closes. Comparing it with the 20-day average shows whether today's gap is unusual. Information only — not investment advice and not an arbitrage recommendation.
How to read the table
"Wall Street in agorot" is the New York closing price times the dollar rate, so you can compare it directly with the Tel Aviv price (quoted in agorot, 1/100 of a shekel). A gap of +1% means the stock closed 1% higher in Tel Aviv than in New York. Small gaps are routine — different trading hours, fees, taxes and liquidity; a gap far from its own average tends to close, but not always and not right away.
