Terms of Use
Last updated: October 11, 2026
This is an English translation of our Terms of Use, provided for convenience. The binding version is the Hebrew original; if there is any conflict or difference in meaning between the two, the Hebrew version prevails.
TechAnalyzer Pro is operated by open market ltd, a company
registered in Israel, company no. 513798678 (the "Company" or the
"Operator").
Registered address: Rambam St. 6/2, Tirat Carmel 3902333, Israel.
Wherever these terms refer to the "Service" or the "Platform", they mean the
TechAnalyzer Pro platform at techanalyzer.pro, including all of its components.
Welcome to TechAnalyzer Pro, a platform for automated technical analysis of securities and cryptocurrencies. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Platform provides technical analysis tools: charts, detection of chart patterns and candlestick patterns, indicators, support/resistance and Fibonacci levels, real-time and delayed prices, news, fundamental data, market scanning, backtesting, virtual trading (paper trading) and alerts. Some features are available for free and some only on the paid Pro plan.
2. User account
- You can sign up with an email address and password or with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for every action taken in your account.
- The Service is intended for people aged 18 and over.
- You may not open an account for another person without that person's permission, and you may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
3. Market data and third-party content
- Prices, charts, news and fundamental data come from external data providers (including, among others, EODHD, Yahoo Finance and crypto exchanges). Some data is delayed, and there may be inaccuracies, gaps or disruptions originating with the providers.
- We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, completeness or continuity of market data, and we are not liable for any damage caused by relying on it.
- Links to external websites (for example, news articles) are provided for convenience only; we are not responsible for their content.
4. Pro plan, credits and payments
The Pro plan gives access to advanced features (including, among others, intraday charts, extended scans and additional alerts) in return for a monthly subscription of ILS 59 or an annual subscription of ILS 490 (including VAT where applicable). You can also buy a one-time credit pack (30 credits for ILS 29) that gives occasional access to selected Pro features without a subscription. The current price is always shown on the pricing page and on the checkout page before you confirm.
- Immediate activation: joining the Pro plan is done online and is fully automatic. Once the payment is approved, your account is upgraded to Pro immediately, with no need to contact us, wait for manual approval or wait at all.
- Recurring billing: the subscription renews and is charged automatically every month, on the monthly billing date, until it is cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize the recurring charge.
- Payment processing: payments are processed by Paddle.com, an international payment provider acting as "Merchant of Record": Paddle is the seller in the payment transaction and is responsible for the charge, for applicable taxes and for issuing receipts. Your payment details are given to Paddle only and are not stored on the Service's servers.
- Cancellation and refunds: you can cancel the subscription at any time, through the subscription-management link in Paddle's receipt email or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for: you keep Pro access until the end of that period, and you are not charged again. The full policy, including refunds on subscriptions and on credit packs, is set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot be waived under Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
- Failed payment: if a renewal charge fails, Paddle retries the charge over several days; if the payment is still not completed, the subscription is cancelled and the account returns to the free plan, without affecting any data you have saved.
- Price changes: a change in the subscription price applies only from the next billing cycle and only after advance notice by email or within the Service.
5. Intellectual property
All rights in the Platform, including the code, design, algorithms, trademarks and the content it generates, are reserved to open market ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer or make commercial use of the Platform or its output without prior written consent. Third-party data is subject to the rights of its providers.
6. Fair use
You may not access the Service by automated means (scraping or bots), deliberately overload it, try to get around the limits of the free plan, or compromise its security. A violation may result in your account being blocked.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "AS IS", without any warranty or undertaking. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, including financial loss from trading, loss of data or loss of profit, arising from use of the Service, from reliance on its output or from its unavailability.
8. Changes and discontinuation of the Service
We may update the Service, the plans and these terms from time to time. We will announce material changes to these terms on the Platform. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in the Tel Aviv district have exclusive jurisdiction.
