Privacy Policy

This is an English translation of our Privacy Policy, provided for convenience. The binding version is the Hebrew original; if there is any conflict or difference in meaning between the two, the Hebrew version prevails.
This policy explains what information is collected on the TechAnalyzer Pro platform (techanalyzer.pro), which is operated by open market ltd, company no. 513798678, Rambam St. 6/2, Tirat Carmel 3902333, Israel, how it is stored and for what purposes. We collect the minimum needed to run the Service: we do not sell personal information to third parties, and we do not use tracking-based advertising.

We do not collect identity documents, bank account details or credit card details. The "trading" activity on the Platform is virtual (paper trading) and is not connected to any real brokerage account.
2. Signing in with Google
When you choose "Continue with Google", Google gives us your email address only, so that we can create and identify your account. We do not get access to your contacts, your files or any other information in your Google account.
3. Cookies and local storage
The Platform uses your browser's local storage (localStorage) to keep your sign-in token and your
display preferences (for example, the selected watchlist and chart settings). We do not use
advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. One cookie, ta_lang, stores the interface
language you chose (Hebrew/English) so that every page of the site is shown in it; it does not
identify you.
4. Where the information is stored and who processes it
- Storage: the data is stored on a DigitalOcean server in Frankfurt, Germany (European Union), with daily backups.
- Email delivery: operational emails (password resets, alerts) are sent through Resend; only your email address is passed to it for this purpose.
- Market data: data requests (prices, charts, news) are sent from our server to the data providers; your personal details are not passed to them.
- Country detection: done on our server against a local DB-IP database (IP Geolocation by DB-IP, licensed under CC BY 4.0); your IP address is not sent to any third party for this purpose.
- Fonts: the Inter font is loaded from Google Fonts servers; when the site loads, your IP address is visible to Google, as is usual when resources are loaded from a CDN.
5. Information security
Communication with the Service is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are stored only as hashes, and sign-in is based on signed tokens. Server keys and credentials are kept separately from the code. That said, no system is completely immune; we will notify users of a material security incident as required by law.
6. Your rights
- Access: you can request a copy of the information stored about you.
- Correction: you can update your password and details from the "Account" screen.
- Deletion: the "Delete account" button on the account screen permanently deletes your account and all the information linked to it (lists, portfolios, alerts and history) from our servers. Older backups are deleted as the backup cycle rotates.

7. Minors
The Service is intended for people aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect information about minors.
8. Policy updates
We will update this policy as needed; a material change will be shown on the Platform. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
