Cancellation and Refund Policy
Last updated: October 11, 2026
This is an English translation of our Cancellation and Refund Policy, provided for convenience. The binding version is the Hebrew original; if there is any conflict or difference in meaning between the two, the Hebrew version prevails.
This policy applies to all purchases on the TechAnalyzer Pro platform at techanalyzer.pro, which is operated by open market ltd, company no. 513798678, Rambam St. 6/2, Tirat Carmel 3902333, Israel (the "Company"). Payments are processed by Paddle.com, acting as "Merchant of Record": Paddle is the seller in the payment transaction, and refunds are made through Paddle to the original payment method.
1. Cancelling a Pro subscription (monthly or annual)
- How to cancel: at any time, in any of the following ways: (a) the subscription-management link included in every Paddle receipt email; (b) a written request to the Service's support at support@techanalyzer.pro; (c) contacting Paddle support through the receipt. There is no cancellation fee.
- When the cancellation takes effect: at the end of the billing period you have paid for (a month or a year, depending on the plan). Full access to Pro features continues until the end of that period, and no further charge is made after the cancellation.
- Partly used period: as is customary for renewing online software services, there is no pro-rated refund for part of a billing period that has already started; you receive the value in the form of continued access until the end of the period.
- Cancelling soon after purchase: signed up and changed your mind right away? Contact us within 14 days of your first purchase. As long as you have not made substantial use of the Pro features, we will approve a full refund as a goodwill gesture (beyond what the law requires); in any case, the provisions of Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations under it regarding distance sales apply.
- Annual renewal: before every renewal of an annual subscription, a reminder is sent (by Paddle) to the email address linked to the account. You can cancel any time before the renewal date and not be charged at all.
2. Credit packs (one-time purchase)
- A credit pack (for example, 30 credits for ILS 29) is a one-time purchase: it does not renew and does not involve any commitment.
- Refund on an unused pack: you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that not a single credit from the pack has been used.
- Partly used pack: a used credit is digital content that has been consumed; once any credit from the pack has been used, the pack is not refundable. The remaining credits do not expire and can be used at any time.
- Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
3. How refunds are made
- Refunds are made by Paddle to the original payment method only. The credit usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
- Once we approve a refund, we will let you know by email, and the refund will be made without any further action on your part.
4. Failed payment (renewing subscription)
If a renewal charge fails (for example, because a card has expired), Paddle retries the charge over several days and sends update notices. If the payment is still not completed, the subscription is cancelled and the account returns to the free plan, without affecting the data saved in it.
5. Changes to this policy
The Company may update this policy from time to time; the updated version will be published on this page and will apply to purchases made after it is published. We will announce material changes on the Platform.
